Why we LOVE this product!
Forty-eight colors for the price makes this an easy way to stock a family craft cupboard. Acrylics work on almost anything, so the same box covers paintings, painted rocks and DIY decorations.
The small tubes suit kids, who rarely need large amounts of any one color.
Two things to weigh: it's paint only, with no brushes, and acrylic stains clothes once dry.
Description
SKU:
PTA-1068
The MEEDEN Acrylic Paint Set is a box of 48 colors of heavy-body acrylic paint in 12 ml (0.41 oz) tubes, labeled non-toxic and suitable for canvas, wood, fabric, paper and craft projects.
What's inside
- 48 tubes of acrylic paint, 12 ml each
How it works
Squeeze onto a palette and paint. Acrylics dry quickly and become water-resistant once dry, so they work for crafts as well as paintings.
What kids learn
- Painting and color mixing: a wide palette to experiment with
- Craft skills: painting rocks, wood, fabric and more
- Creativity: lots of colors for lots of projects
Good to know before you buy
- Age: MEEDEN doesn't publish an age. MEEDEN says the paint conforms to ASTM D4236 and is safe for kids. We suggest 6 and up with an adult.
- Brushes not included: this set is paint only.
- It stains: once dry, acrylic doesn't wash out of clothes, so use a smock.
- Price: $26.95 at MEEDEN at the time of writing (on sale from $29.95).
Who it's for
Families who do a lot of crafts, and kids ready to move from washable paints to real acrylics.
